Accounting is the language of business, so it is only logical that anyone going
into a business career should take Accounting I. By learning how to create many
documents for a business, students learn the inner workings of businesses and
can understand better why certain things happen in a business environment.
The
class is very hands on, and teaches students not only how to write the
transactions and documents manually, but how to enter them into a computer.
Automated accounting is what businesses want, and learning how to do that will
secure a position in many places.
Credit
for this class is accepted at many colleges in our area if students also take
Accounting II, and can save you some money in the future. Not only that, but by
taking both Accounting I and II you will be securing an extra Math Credit at
Beaver Falls High School. The class itself is not a required course, but it is
a requirement for business, so why not sign up and check it out?
