Sayde Rhone
Senior Sayde Rhone has been working hard as one of our two secretaries this year. Sayde says that she joined FBLA to be a part of the semiformal decorations, but stayed because of the field trips and education we offer. This year she has opted to take on more responsibilities, and has been working hand in hand with Rachael Colao to create all of our paperwork, such as our agendas.
Sayde has done a lot to further her business education since she joined our club. She has taken Keyboarding, Computer Literacy, and Web Page Design. She has also gone to competitions and done well. It is obvious that she wants to learn everything she can and use that knowledge in any way that she can to get ahead.
Sayde is not just a member of FBLA. She is also a member of Key Club, Usher’s Club, Teen Leadership, Student Council, and Environmental Club. Sayde is a very active member of our school and does everything that she can for it. She is also very enthusiastic and has plenty of school spirit. Her good grades and good nature make her a great role model for younger students.
Sayde really has enjoyed being a member of our club. Her favorite event last year was going to Cedar Point and having fun with all her friends. Cedar Point is a very enjoyable activity and many people like going there. No one, however, liked it more than Sayde. She has learned a lot in her time as a member of FBLA. She has learned that working together and organizational skills are necessary for a business career. She also learned that planning ahead is a must. She also hopes to take FBLA on in her life. She says that “I hope it is a good resource [when I] apply to schools.” Sayde has done a lot of hard work, and our chapter will miss her when she is gone.
